Nutella and Marshmallow Cookie Skillet

Nutella and Marshmallow Cookie Skillet complete

The Blackhawks are in the midst of the playoffs and that means I am in the midst of going mad every time a game is on.

So far, the games have been neck and neck, with the score constantly fluctuating throughout the game. One minute, we’re winning and I’m on top of the world, and the next we’re losing and I’m stressing out. During the last game while we were behind, I convinced my friend to run to Insomnia Cookie across the street from the bar we were at and sneak them back in to combat my sadness. Turns out, they ended up winning that night, making it very clear that cookies are the answer for this.

It’s do or die for tonight’s game, meaning that either A, I will be eating this while crying tears of happiness or B, I will be eating this while crying tears of sadness. Either way, I get to eat a cookie, so I guess I kinda win?

Only three ingredients are needed: marshmallows, Nutella, and cookie dough.

Preheat your oven to 375.

Cover your skillet in a layer of cookie dough and then spread some Nutella on top.

Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Remove the skillet and line the top with marshmallows.

Stick the skillet back in the oven for around five minutes or until the marshmallows turn golden brown on top.
